The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. the lady who checked us in was outstanding, with a beautiful personality. the warm hospitality we received made us feel right at home. the breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, with a great variety of options to choose from.

One downside was the location signage of the hotel. It was a bit hard to find, especially at night.

Large breakfast selection with waffle irons available. Friendly evening front desk clerk provided useful information about the breakfast, delivery options, and kept the fruit, water, and coffee replenished. Comfortable and clean room with in-room kitchen setup that included dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and counter top stove with two burners. Convenient location close to a mall and restaurants, and only a 15-20 minute drive to Annapolis attractions.

Everything was simply good. It was incredible and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with attentive staff and marvellous location in the area.

My recent stay at the Towneplace Suites was fantastic! I was greeted by a kind young lady upon arrival who quickly checked me in and gave me directions to my room. The staff was professional and accommodating, switching my room without incident when I requested a change. The room itself was clean and had a kitchenette, which was awesome. I loved the moveable furniture and the mood lighting throughout the room. Plus, the location was great, with easy entry and exit near my room.

Would recommend this hotel.

It is clean and big hotel, the staff are WELCOMING and location close to everything is best possible. Late check out too. Btw, it has free parking.

The kitchen was a bonus with everything we needed, including dishes, pots, pans, and a nice size refrigerator. The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and amenities. the price was reasonable and offered good value in comparison to other properties in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordability.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the carpets, hallways, and elevators were in need of cosmetic updates and there were signs of neglect.
